Overseer Alfred Duncan is the Assistant Pastor in Cambridge and one of the two Overseers of the Global Bibleway Church. He was born in Biabou, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and moved with his family to Reading, England, when he was five years old. Reverend Duncan married Missionary Kay Duncan on October 27, 1990, and they have two adult sons, James, and Michael. At Salford University, he earned a BSc (First Class Honours) in Electroacoustics, as well as additional qualifications related to his profession and ministry over the years.
Dedicated to ministry for over three decades, he is an Overseer and Bishop Designate to Apostle Williams, providing vital administrative and pastoral support to the UK Diocese and Overseas Missions.
After being born again in 1989, Overseer Duncan served as a Local, Regional, and National Youth Leader throughout the 1990s. He was ordained as an Elder in 1997 and appointed a Diocese Overseer in 2008. In addition to leading the ministry of evangelism for the UK Diocese and developing the GBC church website, he has setup the online conferencing facility that have enabled believers to join church services remotely. He frequently ministers to both UK congregation members and overseas mission churches, including those in the Philippines. He also assists Apostle Williams with his responsibilities towards the Zimbabwean diocese.
Missionary Kay Duncan was born in Stoke-on-Trent, England, where she grew up before moving to Sheffield to pursue a Bachelor Of Education honours degree at the University Of Sheffield. Missionary Duncan married Reverend Alfred Duncan on October 27, 1990, and they have two adult sons James and Michael. Since 1988, Missionary Duncan has been an active member and leader of the Bibleway Church in Cambridge. She was appointed as a Missionary in 1997 and has faithfully served on the mission field alongside Apostle L. A. Williams, visiting countries such as Guyana, Jamaica, Kenya, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa to establish and support churches. She has also held the position Of National Sunday School Superintendent and is a trustee of Global Bibleway Churches.
